You can delete your ClassifiedPing account yourself at any time. This applies to accounts created through the website, the app or with Google.
In the app
- Open the ClassifiedPing app and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type VERWIJDER (as shown in the app) and enter your password (not needed if you only log in with Google).
- Tap Delete permanently.
On the website
- Log in at classifiedping.com and open your profile.
- Click Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
Can't log in anymore?
Send us a message through the contact page from the email address of your account. We will then delete your account as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest, and let you know.
What is deleted?
- Your account: name, email address, password and linked Google ID
- All your alerts and the listings found
- Blocked sellers, delivery logs and the push tokens of your devices
- Connections with Telegram and Discord
This happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled at the same time. Payment records that our payment provider Stripe is legally required to keep stay with Stripe.
