Cancelling your subscription
Your subscription runs month to month. You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason.
After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It then stops and you will not be charged again.
To cancel, send us (Schwa Productions (ClassifiedPing), Nassaulaan 36, 2341 EE Oegstgeest, Nederland, [email protected]) a clear message, for example by email or by post, or use the online cancellation page. You can use the sample cancellation notice below, but you do not have to.
A cancellation that reaches us before the end of your current billing period takes effect at the end of that period.
Refunds
Because you can cancel every month, we do not refund a month that has already started, in whole or in part, unless applicable law requires a refund. If a refund is due, we pay it back with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
Consumers in Quebec are protected by their own rules under the Consumer Protection Act. Where those rules, or the consumer protection laws of your province or territory, give you more rights than this page, those rights apply.
Good to know about ClassifiedPing
The free trial is not a paid agreement and ends by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. You can cancel a paid subscription without logging in through Cancel your subscription. Questions about cancellation or refunds: [email protected].
